The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle is one of those classic books that can be enjoyed time and time again. It's a book loved by many, including myself! Use play dough to make reading time a bit more interactive, for little ones to touch, poke and smell - as if they were a hungry caterpillar eating their way through all the delicious food! By making it fun and engaging, it allows them to be curious and learn through exploring.
Continuing on from our orange colour play, this week we focused on the colour yellow! I wanted to make sure I had a variety of everyday objects that Miss A has seen, so she could better associate the colour yellow.
