Refund Policy

For Play Dough Orders 

As all our play doughs are made from natural ingredients without any preservatives, mould can occur. We've gone through extensive testing and there is no full-proof way to prevent this occurrence whilst keeping our play doughs completely natural and chemical free. 

However, in the event that your play dough develops mould within 30 days from date of production (shown on the bottom of the jar), we will happily offer a one time replacement for your play dough order. 

Please specify order number, and send along photos of the play dough for us to review. 

For All Other Products

We do not accept returns or give refunds. However, in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, or your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products to request for an exchange only.

Please specify: 

• Order number
• Item(s) you'd like to exchange 
• Reason(s) for exchange with photos attached. This will help us better understand the severity of the defects and propose an appropriate solution.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar item or offer you a store credit. 

Sale items are final and not eligible for exchange and/or returns. 

Any delivery/shipping charges incurred for the return of products will be paid for by the customer.
